Weekly Meditation On Compasion
Join us weekly for a short meditation & reflection to start your week off intentionally, mindfully, and compassionately.
We will learn and practice Tonglen, an ancient meditation method to awaken compassion.
Tonglen is a fundamental daily practice for transforming any situation into happiness. Instead of rejecting tough experiences and relationship dynamics, we will practice recycling our struggles into compassion and loving kindness. Every situation becomes an opportunity to cultivate more openness and a deep inner sense of ease.
Why Monday?
Starting your Monday with a meditation can be very supportive practice to set your intention and approach the week with calm clarity.
Is this Practice For Me?
Although this practice comes from the Buddhist tradition, everyone of any and all beliefs and experience levels are encouraged to join us in this healing meditation!
