Over the years we have so appreciated our beautiful sangha in Ojochal. They welcome Lama once a month on Tuesdays to come and share any Dharma teaching that is inspiring him in this moment, and what he feels will most benefit the listeners.
In the past he has shared teaching on the Rice Seedling Sutra, meditation instructions, the 4 Noble Truths, and how to transform emotions.
